The American style dancers are also joining the International style. Some believe its an indication of being an advanced dancer , how-ever it’s always ones ability, quality of training that’s the deciding factor. Although many of us where established professionally with the International style, it still continues to be a discipline of dance not used often.
You can learn the International style to enhance your dancing. How-ever be aware it is not as practical as the American style specially for social dancing.
